The secret sauce is the hose-arm. It conceals an inlet and outlet water tube inside, quick-connects to the top of the chiller on one end, and the other end bends over the tub to dip into the water. The pump inside the chiller draws the bath water out, cools it, and send it back cold. No plumbing, minimal setup, and the reusable filter means minimal maintenance.
