Shipping & Returns Policy

The short version

We ship within 2–3 business days from the warehouse closest to your address (California, Texas, or Pennsylvania). Shipping inside the U.S. is free. We ship to all 50 states except Alaska, plus Canada. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse — all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect. Read on for the details.


Where we ship

HomePlunge ships to all 50 states except Alaska, and to Canada. Orders inside the U.S. are routed automatically from whichever of our three fulfillment centers — California, Texas, or Pennsylvania — has stock and is closest to your delivery address. This keeps transit time short and reduces handling. Hawaii orders ship from our California warehouse.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. International orders are limited to Canada at this time. If you have a request for another destination, email us at info@thehomeplunge.com.

Canada orders

Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency at the time of delivery. We declare orders accurately and cannot under-report value. Transit time to Canada is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Both the HomePlunge H3 and the HomePlunge Bella are in stock and ship on this 2–3 business day window.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the U.S. is free on every order. We don't charge handling, fuel surcharges, or hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout based on destination. Canadian duties and taxes are not included in the shipping rate — see Canada orders above.

Expedited shipping is not currently offered. Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. after dispatch, slightly longer to Hawaii and Canada.

Carriers and delivery

All HomePlunge orders ship via FedEx or UPS as small parcel — we do not use freight carriers. Most U.S. orders deliver within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking links are included in your shipping confirmation email and update as the package moves.

You'll receive an email when your order ships and another when it's out for delivery. Signature on delivery is not required, but we recommend tracking your shipment so you can be home — these are large boxes and we'd rather not leave them on a doorstep unattended.

Damaged in transit

If your HomePlunge arrives with visible damage to the outer carton or the product itself, inspect it before unboxing further and photograph everything. Email info@thehomeplunge.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the carton (all sides)
  • Photos of the damaged area
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll arrange a replacement and a carrier pickup at no cost to you. Do not throw out the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer 30-day returns or buyer's-remorse refunds. The HomePlunge is a freight-shipped, considered purchase — we'd rather help you decide it's right for you up front than process a return later. If you're not sure, email us at info@thehomeplunge.com before you order and we'll answer any question you have.

The only exception: if your HomePlunge arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use, we'll repair or replace it under the manufacturer warranty. "Faulty" means:

  • Damage that occurred during shipping (see Damaged in transit above)
  • A manufacturing defect that prevents the product from working as advertised
  • A component failure not caused by misuse, modification, or accident

It does not include:

  • Changing your mind after delivery
  • The product not fitting in your space (please check dimensions before ordering)
  • Cosmetic preferences
  • Damage from improper use, modification, or third-party repair

How to file a warranty or defect claim

Email info@thehomeplunge.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos or a short video showing the problem
  4. Your contact phone number

We respond to warranty claims within 1 business day and walk you through next steps — typically a quick troubleshooting check first (some issues are settings or installation), then repair or replacement if it's a confirmed defect.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, email us before your shipping confirmation is sent. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot redirect or recall it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a carrier delivery notice
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark deliveries early
  4. If it still hasn't appeared, email info@thehomeplunge.com with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier
