About the HomePlunge H3

The HomePlunge H3 is a cold plunge chiller that turns the bathtub you already own into a cold plunge. No dedicated tub, no bags of ice and no plumbing. It is the flagship of the HomePlunge lineup, designed to sit beside your tub instead of taking over a room.

How It Cools

A 1 HP compressor circulates and chills your bathwater, and the H3 holds whatever temperature you set. A typical bath is ready for a cold plunge in 45 to 60 minutes. Take it all the way down to 34°F and it takes about 3 hours, so most owners set it the night before. Set the temperature on the unit or schedule it from the Tuya smart app, and the water is waiting when you are.

Why a Chiller Instead of Ice

Ice is expensive, heavy and inconsistent. A bag lasts one session, the water warms as it melts, and the temperature changes the moment you get in. The H3 delivers the same cold every time, at the number you chose, with no store runs and no cleanup.

Setup and Portability

There is nothing to plumb and nothing permanent. Roll the H3 up to the tub on its wheels, quick-connect the hose-arm, set the arm over the rim into the water and plug the unit into a standard outlet. The two insulated hoses stay concealed inside the arm. Setup takes minutes.

The H3 measures about 18.5 by 16.5 inches and stands 20.5 inches tall. It is used indoors, so it never needs winterizing, and it suits apartments, rentals and homes where a standalone tub will not fit.

Built-In Filtration

A reusable filter keeps the water clear between sessions. Rinse it when it needs it. There is nothing to replace and no ongoing filter cost. Drain and refill the tub once a week.
