That is the whole idea.
See the H3Why people stick with it
The hard part was never the cold. It was everything around the cold.

You will actually do it
Most plunges stop getting used because of the friction around them: the drive, the weather, the walk outside in the dark. This one is in the room you already start your day in, and it is ready before you are.
Hose-arm over the rim, standard outlet, minutes to set up

The same cold, every single time
Ice spikes the moment you get in, then warms unevenly as it melts, so no two sessions match. A chiller holds the number you picked. Your progress is yours, not the ice's.
Down to 34°F on the H3, held on a 1 HP compressor

It costs you a closet, not a patio
No slab, no shed, no pool chemistry, no winterizing four months a year. It rolls out of the way when you are done and costs less than $10 a month to run.

What the cold is for
What you are really buying is the habit.
The research on cold exposure keeps growing. Regular cold plunge sessions are associated with:
None of that happens twice a month. It happens when the plunge is close enough that skipping it takes more effort than doing it. Gym pools keep hours. Cryo costs you every visit. A backyard plunge is a project, a permit and four months of winter. Your bathtub is ten feet from your bed and already plumbed.

No remodel. It just goes next to the tub you have.
HomePlunge is a game changer. No more excuses about bad weather, having to walk outside in the dark, or constantly cleaning out your plunge. To make cold plunging a regular habit, I wanted as little resistance as possible and this was the answer I needed to level up my game. Bonus points for excellent customer service.

Love my new HomePlunge! It was very easy to set up and is extremely convenient. The size is right and it is fast to cool down my tub. I have been recommending the HomePlunge to all of my health minded friends. 5 stars!

This has been a game changer for me. I have chronic back pain and have been looking for solutions to help. It was easy to set up and quickly cools the water. It sets next to a sauna I bought and the combination has been tremendous.

What people ask before they buy
The eight questions we get most.
How long does it take to get cold?
The question we get more than any other. The H3 chills at 20 to 30°F an hour, which is about 45 to 60 minutes to plunge temperature in an average tub. A big soaker takes longer, and the H3 will cool tubs up to 200 gallons. Bella takes about three to four hours on the first run, then holds, and cools tubs up to 100 gallons. Either one can be scheduled from the app, so you walk into a cold tub instead of waiting for one. .
Will it work in my bathtub?
The standard hose-arm fits most bathtubs. For extra wide built-in tubs there is an XL Hose-Arm. The H3 cools tubs up to 200 gallons and Bella up to 100, which covers alcove tubs, freestanding soakers, clawfoots and acrylic spa tubs.

How is this different from a dedicated cold plunge tub?
Leading cold plunge brands start around $7,000. They need a large footprint, which usually means outside. They take maintenance comparable to a pool. And they have to be winterized for three or four months of the year. HomePlunge is portable, sets up in seconds, and gets used in the privacy and convenience of your own bathroom.
Will it cause mold in my bathroom?
The question we get most, so we put the evidence on its own page. One owner ran an H3 at 48 degrees around the clock for over a year, then pulled his tub out during a remodel and photographed underneath. Dust, no moisture, no mold. See all four photographs.
How much does it cost to run?
Less than $10 a month, running an hour a day, every day. It only works when it needs to hold temperature, so it is not drawing power around the clock.
Do I have to empty the tub after every plunge?
No. Most owners keep the same water for a week. Built-in filtration keeps it circulating and clean between plunges, and the filter is reusable, so there is nothing to replace. Drain and refill weekly.
Can I finance it?
Yes. 0% APR is available through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments, subject to eligibility. It is also HSA and FSA eligible through Truemed.
What is the warranty, and who do I talk to?
One year included, with up to three additional years available through SureBright. Support is US-based, at info@thehomeplunge.com.
