Our commitment
HomePlunge is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the recovery and wellness products we build should be discoverable, purchasable, and useful for every customer — regardless of how they access the web.
Conformance target
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 AA is the international standard for web accessibility and the benchmark most jurisdictions use to evaluate compliance with disability access laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we’re doing
- Auditing thehomeplunge.com on a recurring basis using both automated tools (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manual testing.
- Testing with assistive technologies, including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
- Reviewing accessibility as part of every meaningful change to our site — design, code, and content.
- Training the people who build and maintain our website on accessibility best practices.
- Working with an accessibility consultant to validate our progress and identify gaps we may have missed.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address known issues, including improvements to product configuration controls, gallery navigation patterns, and form field labeling. If you encounter a barrier we have not yet remediated, please let us know — your feedback directly shapes our priorities.
Third-party content
Some parts of our website rely on third-party services (payment processors, review widgets, video hosting, chat tools, embedded media). We choose vendors that prioritize accessibility, but we cannot fully control content delivered through their platforms. If you experience an issue with a third-party feature, we will work with the vendor on your behalf to find a solution.

If you have difficulty using any part of thehomeplunge.com, or you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and resolve issues as quickly as practical.
