1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

HomePlunge stands behind the quality of every chiller we sell. All HomePlunge chiller units (H3 and Bella) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Mechanical or electrical failure under normal use and operating conditions
  • Components that fail to perform their intended function during the warranty period

What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the User Manual
  • Units purchased from unauthorized resellers

Warranty Claim Process

If your HomePlunge unit fails during the warranty period, here’s how we handle it:

Step 1 — Contact Support

Reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@thehomeplunge.com or (707) 652-3892. Describe the issue in detail and include your order number and date of purchase. A video via email showing the nature of the issue is required for diagnosis.

Step 2 — Replacement Parts (First Response)

In most cases, our team will first diagnose the issue and ship replacement parts at no cost to you. This approach resolves the majority of issues quickly and with minimal friction.

Step 3 — Full Unit Replacement (If Parts Don’t Resolve the Issue)

If replacement parts do not fix the issue, or if the unit has failed in a way that cannot be repaired, we will send a full replacement unit at no charge.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Disposal of Failed Unit: If a full replacement unit is sent, the customer is responsible for the proper disposal of the original failed unit. HomePlunge does not coordinate or cover disposal or pickup of the returned unit.
  • Cooperation: Customers must cooperate with our support team to diagnose the issue, including providing photos or videos of the failure if requested.
  • Installation: Replacement units and parts must be installed per the HomePlunge provided video guides. Failure to do so may void the warranty on the replacement.

Warranty Duration

The warranty period is 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase as indicated on your original order confirmation. Replacement units or parts provided under warranty do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
